7-Days Easy Returns

We offer hassle-free 7days returns and exchange.

1. Place your return request through email at care@emmyrobe.com.
2. Our courier partner collect the item back from your location.
3. Refunds for prepaid orders would directly be initiated to source account and COD orders will be refunded in the form of store credit.

7-Days Hassle-free Exchange

We offer easy exchange within 7 days of receiving your order in case of sizing issues.

1. Place your request for exchange through email at care@emmyrobe.com.
2. Our courier partner will collect the item back from your location.
3. We will dispatch you new requested size from our warehouse.

It takes 3-5 working days for size exchange process to be completed.

Return conditions:

• We only accept returns within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
